Aaron + Emily : A Vintage Vineyard Wedding at Old Oaks Winery

Emily and Aaron met many years ago at the restaurant where they worked. Emily is the bubbly and outgoing extrovert, while Aaron is more introverted and reserved. These two had the most beautiful wedding at Old Oaks Winery in Milan, Illinois.

Emily had all of her very best girls included in her day, including her furbaby, Lola. All of the girls wore pink, including Lola, with her flower wreath daintily hanging on her neck.

The ceremony took place under the big oak trees that overlooked the vineyard. The bride and groom presented a rose to their mothers during the ceremony, Lola brought the rings down the aisle, and the two exited in a beautiful bubble exit before heading off to enjoy their private beers together.

We got a gorgeous summer sunset that spilled golden light across the vineyard and reflected off of the vibrant green leaves of the grape vines. And as if it couldn’t get any better, Emily’s uncle brought his 1929 Ford Model A. The night ended with shots, dancing, yard games, pizza and a campfire.

What a way to celebrate the Riojas!
